I live in Texas, this man has had my money since Oct. and was to get it back to me at the end of Nov. 08. All I have heard from him are excuses that are nothing but delays. After some of his other “victims” and I began comparing notes, we realized how he was working all of us. This person, Mike Stokes, is a criminal of the “first order” and needs to be stopped immediately. I don’t know how many more have fallen victim to his scam, but someone has to do something about him. I thank the person who has taken the time to put this website together, as it is time we all get a chance to voice our problems with this man Mike Stokes.

This is for CAR - I need to somehow get with you because I bet that same bank account is related to some loans that Mike took out in “Steve’s” name (Mike’s son). Stephen is a victim also. I am trying to help Stephen sort out all this mess that his dad left him in. I would love to get a copy of those checks and the bank info. We are in the process of filing identity theft and forgery affidavits against Mike on all this. Any charges that are added on to this will just help put him away for longer.
